Advertisement Agencies- - Corporate Tools
I have come to the conclusion that those who create commercials these days are idiots. (*If you are underage and reading this, I apologize for the naughty name I just used. If you are a parent reading this to your child please insert "silly.") I will sit and watch a commercial for 27 seconds not knowing what object, policy, or ideology is being advertised and then in the last 3 seconds when they finally get to the point I am either completely offended or flabbergasted as to how a connection was made between a soldier returning from Iraq wanting me to drink Budweiser responsibly. Due to this lack of competency in the field of commercialism I have become a fan of watching TV shows on DVD, no commercials! But seeing as how it is summer and all the new seasons of the shows I enjoy won't be out until the Fall, I am forced to watch the mindless dribble placed before me on the talking box above the fireplace.
But Fear Not, amigos! I have been on a quest to find quality commercials that are entertaining as well as rational. Here is what I came up with so far, granted the majority of them are PSAs. I find them either clever, meaningful, or just funny. So do not give up on America's greatest waste of time and neurons, keep on watching.
Also, the author recognizes that her readers actually have jobs and responsibilities so do not feel obligated to waste valuable time watching these.
